MS DaRT 10 help

I have a non-domain Windows 10 (Pro, I think 1803 but not certain) machine that the user has forgotten the password for the local account. It was provided by a vendor, so our I.T. department has never had the opportunity to put our local admin account on it. I have downloaded the MS DaRT 10 x64 package, but when I boot to it the Locksmith says it requires a supported offline OS and won't let me into the tool. I have filled out the specs to the best of my knowledge, but since I can't access the PC I can't get further detail.

Any ideas why the Locksmith doesn't recognize the OS? It's Windows 10 64-bit and the appropriate version of MS DaRT.

Is the password for local account if its for Microsoft password follow the instructions at below link to reset the password.
