Inserting a page in adobe acrobat pro

    Hi
i have an Adobe acrobat document with 15 pages. I need to have page 7 Twice....so I extracted page 7 from a copy of the document and inserted it into the final document after page 7.....but received a warning that the two pages would be treated as a ‘field’ which meant that each was a ‘mirror’ of the other, and any changes to one affect the other, but I want to make small changes to the ‘extra inserted’ page 7.....it says about compiling it as a portfolio, which doesn’t look like what I want.....I tried inserting a blank page then replacing it with the ‘copy page 7’ but that had the same effect as inserting it.....any ideas please ?

    thanks

You could save the subject pdf as a word document then add the extra page and then save it as a pdf.

An idea thanks, but apparently I just need to change the field name of the extra page....via properties, not tried yet, but amazing how difficult this is for such an expensive product, when inserting the page it should give an option to change the field name

    UPDATE

actually found the solution, took ages.....so many misleading ‘helpful’ websites.....

    either
A open acrobat and chose EDIT PDF then chose to rename fields, right cick in and text field and append the name with something to make it unique, repeat for all text fields that are identical to others....simple when you know how LOL
B open the file, choose tools forms EDIT and the same as above

Glad you finally solved it. And yes, it shouldn’t be that had to do a simple edit.
