alarms and clock not opening anymore

W10 1903 fresh install, fully patched.
Alarms and clock worked for 1 day.
Now, it simply not opening anymore.
Reinstall Windows? :)
How to fix it?

Reinstall Alarms and Clock app by opening PowerShell as an administrator and execute following command.

Add-AppxPackage -register "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsAlarms_10.1910.3121.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode

You should be able to open the Start menu and see the app you just reinstalled immediately. If you do not see it right away, you may need to restart your computer.
