Copy & Paste alternative to the windows offering

Hi

looking for an alternative to the Windows Copy / cut / paste, preferably freeware, most importantly need shutdown / hibernate sleep option at the end of the process, but any other functions would be great.

really surprised that COPY PASTE in windows hasn’t evolved since the very first MS OS....needs a big facelift.

Are you looking for an alternative to Explorer? Copy/paste is just a minor function of Explorer. It just does what it says.

har a look through, but as with my other searches, it never mentions about shutdown options on completion, that’s why I had hoped someone on TenForum, would be familiar with a suitable program......if not, I will simply trawl through all the offerings.

- never seen anything like that- and I've tried a few from time to time...

Copy and paste shouldn't take long, so struggle to see why you'd need it- some massive job?
