I am thinking of buying a Win10 Tablet/PC (similar to the Surface Pro)
I have no experience of these and don't know anyone who has one.
Does anyone know if it is possible to install the Whatsapp Desktop programme on these types of device - I have it installed on my conventional Win 10 Laptop.

I was naughty once and downloaded the Windows 8.1 desktop version, only works on Win8.1. I copied it to my Windows 7 machine, installed it and it worked. That would be classed as piracy and Whatsapp dont take it too kindly.
Whatever you do try, keep it all legit
From their website Whatsapp say it is for Windows 8 onward, and the Tablet/PC I am considering has Win 10 installed - so that's OK.
However, all references to the desktop version of Whatspp refer to a PC - nowhere can I find reference to a Win 10 Tablet or Tablet/PC.
I was hoping someone may have already tried it and been able to confirm success (or otherwise).
I guess I'll have to try and contact the potential supplier.
