Windows Apps always up in ALT-TAB menu

After I restart my computer, all the windows apps show up in the alt-tab menu, and the movies & tv app opens on my second monitor.

I don't understand what you think the problem is....

I don't really know if them showing up or opening themselves is a problem. Ill tab to them and close them, but they will show back up an hour or so later.

How are you closing them? Just clicking the red X?
