You could try an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs and data, assuming you've not hacked the system in some manner to cause this and such modifications are not so reversed.

You need an iso of the same build as your (unspecified) build and same base language.

Your comment about Security missing (which is unclear) suggests more is amiss if that is not simply the effect of having used a 3rd party AV program e.g.

Enterprise does not contain store by default (Groove, Feedback, etc). This edition is mostly available only for companies, so I would guess, that applied restrictions are applied as such by an administrator? If possible, I would suggest switching to Home or Pro version instead, they are more user friendly.
