Where'd the free software thread go?

Tried to find it but couldn't so I'll post this by itself.

I know one doesn't really need third-party software to tune-up win10, but I see this occasionally on the forum:

After years of development, I decided to release an all-in-one application which will include most options available in my free Winaero apps and extend it as much as possible. I would like to introduce Winaero Tweaker - universal tweaker software which supports Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

And because of the nag at the bottom of the reply editor my v is : 10 Home 64-bit | v1903 | Build - 18362.449, AND, I have never tried this tweaker so use it at your own risk.

Been using it since it's inception.

When I first saw this winaero offer and being offered freely I figured I'd post it as there may be users out there that would of liked to try it but didn't want to purchase it.

There is no obligation to purchase WT whatsoever;
the developer will, however, accept donations.

Thanks for clearing that up Edwin, I missed the part where Sergey bundled his tools.

Did this get pulled for some reason? I just downloaded from there and got 0.15.1.0 instead of 0.16.0.0.
