Cannot uninstall Free Sound Recorder v10.7.1 Type 32 bit HELP!

I have an HP laptop with Windows 10 installed Version number 1903 and I think it is 64 bit. I installed the above program 2 months ago and I want to uninstall it.
I tried the many suggestions provided here:
Uninstall and Remove Free Sound Recorder 8.2.3 Step by Step
except the last suggestion but none of them worked.
The last suggestion tells you to download a third party uninstaller and tells you to click on a link which I do not know I can trust. I have however tried installing Revo uninstaller 2.1.0 free version and even this program could not uninstall the program. The message is always the same

C\Program Files(86x)\Free Sound Recorder\unins000.dat" does not exist. Cannot uninstall.

Will installing bitdefender antivirus program get rid of it?
    PLEASE HELP.

Go to C\Program Files(86x)\Free Sound Recorder and delete the folder. If anything remains, go to "Users<user name>AppDataRoaming" and delete Free Sound Recorder file.

BTW, the "clickable" site contains a PUP...Malwarebytes blocked it from my computer.

Download and install the Trial version of Revo.

Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

There is an option for forced uninstall. The problem you are getting is the uninstall app from the vendor has been deleted, and Revo Free is trying to use that as a starting point, hitting a brick wall.

Use the Forced Uninstall, choose the Browse for Folder option, find the Programs Files (x86) containing the app to remove, and let Revo go at it.

Trial is good for 30 days.

Thank you very much for your suggestions Jacee and TC.

Jacee, I followed your suggestion but free sound recorder is still listed in the add or remove programs.
TC, I installed the Revo Uninstaller Freeware but I could not find a Forced Uninstall option so I decided to contact Revo uninstaller support team.

    They told me as follows:

We have downloaded Free Sound Recorder from the official site and we have removed it successfully using Revo Uninstaller Free 2.1.0

The removal process of Revo Uninstaller can be separated in two parts - running the program's built-in uninstaller followed by scan for leftovers.
It seems that in your case the built-in uninstaller cannot be found.
There are two options in that case
The first one is to download the setup of Free Sound Recorder and reinstall the program.
This should fix the problem with the missing files and allow proper removal with Revo Uninstaller Free.

The second option is to close the message that you see and proceed to the scan for leftovers with Revo Uninstaller.
In that case Revo Uninstaller will show you all Registry items and files that can connect to Free Sound Recorder instead of the leftovers only.
This will show a larger list then normal and you will have to check it carefully before selecting which one you want to remove.

Since I am a bit busy at the moment and the FSR program does not seem to be affecting my laptop in any way, I am not going to bother try to delete it, at least for the time being.

Thank you very much for your comments anyway.
