    Disable Sticky Notes Preview window?

New to Win10 and struggle with the new sticky notes. I always get a preview window that I have to x out to use sticky note. Can't seem to find a way to stop it. I miss the Sticky Notes I had in win7.

Can the preview pane be stopped from showing every time I open?

Hi, just played with this- seems whether the Preview view is displayed next time you launch it depends on how you close the program. By changing the order in which I close the sticky notes and the Preview window, next time i launch the program, I get a window frame (left one) that appears, then auto closes, leaving just the sticky note:

Otherwise it will launch the preview window containing a kind of summary of the sticky notes within that window.

    Here I've clicked notes list:

Then I close the note, then the Preview window. When I next launch Sticky Notes I see just

Thanks that worked first time. Now one more issue with the touch pad. I'll have to make a new post for that.

The implementation is a bit confusing. I don't use S Notes, so took a bit of playing with..

They changed over win7 of course which is what I'm used to and being a new convert to 10. thanks again. I did fix somewhat my touch pad problem with steel wool of 000 and alcohol.
