    Newbieto Win10 ;-( Please help me getting rid of a popup /ad?


    I just installed Acrosoft photo software and this darn ad or popup right above the clock will not go away.

    When I was running Win 7 I remember that it was easily removed but that was some time ago and I do not remember plus this is not 7 anymore and I really wish it was...

    Please look at he the pix, any tips GREATLY appreciated.

    That is not an ad, it is an instruction hint I believe, part of the program. I stopped using that program long ago for similar reasons. I believe this will continue as long as you allow the program to automatically run in the background. If you note the tiny arrow just below the slide up, click on that and then you likely will see the Arcosoft Icon, right click and choose Exit. This should turn it off. You will have to pay attention however because this will likely happen each time you open the program so you will have to be sure it is Not set to auto start and run all the time in the background.

A few days ago I started getting an annoying pop up from HP which comes up every time I open my computer. I cannot get rid of it. See attachment. 108770
It seems that I've been getting low memory issues ever since upgrading to Win10, but I'm not 100% certain if thats the issue. I thought about uprading to 16gb ram, but I'd like to know if theres some other fix for this. I can't multitask as I used...
