App to display a .jpg image

Since I am so new I hope this post is in the correct place.
    Windows 10 1903 build 18362.175

Since I don't do much with images I need a simple free app to post
a few pictures. Photos app doesn't work on my computer.
    Thanks for any help.

Paint and Paint3D, both part of Windows 10 should work. Windows Photo Viewer also.

Can you explain a bit more what, exactly you need to do? What do you mean by post a few pictures?

I am having a terrible time registering.
I key in the PW you send me then I try to change it.
Then it tells me that my PW is invalid.
I only got in this time be accident.
If I try to change the PW again it will probably fail.

    Thanks for responding Ztruker.
I am trying to take a few pictures of items that I am
    selling on the internet.
Paint is a nightmare for me and it distorts my pictures terribly.
Windows Photo Viewer does not work for me on windows 10.

See here: How to Restore Windows Photo Viewer in Windows 10. I have it set as my default image program instead of Photos.

There is also IrfanView which I use a lot. It's a small image editing program that can be set as the default for image files like jpg, png, gif, etc.

Also sent a PM to the administrator letting him know about your login problem.

Another option is the excellent GIMP image manipulation program, it is totally free, and a full featured image viewer/ editor/ creation application. It may be a bit much for what you need, however if you need to adjust images (brightness/ colour/ size etc) before posting it really is worthwhile getting.
