App to create a second Taskbar

A short while ago I came across a new app to create a second Taskbar, rather like a Sidebar, from which selected apps / files can be launched. I cannot now find it in the magazine, or online, in which it appeared, or remember what it is called so I can search for it. Its name is a single word, something like Select, or Choose but I don't think it was either of these or I would have found it.

Has someone else come across it?

Thanks for the link, but it is about adding additional Toolbars to an existing Taskbar. However,I have found the app to which I referred, though so far have not been able to download it. It is called SWITCH, and can be found on Windows Club and GitHub so hopefully I will get help with the download difficulty there. I am guessing the problems may be due to it being very new and the webpages have bugs of some sort.

Switch Desktop creates a secondary Taskbar on your Windows 10/eight/7 PC.
GitHub - ahkohd/switch-desktop: Switch between your favourite apps lightning fast. ''

You can pin up to ten software in this second Taskbar.'' It is mainly intended for users who want to add more app shortcuts to their 'full' Taskbar

The GitHub link seems to be to the source, I think you would need to build it yourself, maybe with Visual Studio.
