GeForce Experience serious problems. Not even NV Tech support can help

Hello, I know there is a proper official forum for Nvidia products, but I already tried there, and also with Nvidia Technical Support. I still have the problem, and I guess this forum is my last hope.
GeForce Experience optimization tool, is not working. Every game shows the error message "Unable to retrieve settings. Try again later". Sometimes, it won't even launch at all, but most of the times, it run and give me that message.
What can I do? I tried a lot of solutions I read online, but nothing works.
About these solutions you can find online, I want to specify:
In Services.msc I HAVEN'T Telemetry Container. There are only DisplayContainer and LocalSystem Container set to Auto, and NetworkService Container set to Manual. I also read there is something to do to the folder called "NvTelemetry", that I read in this post here But my Security Tab of the folder, shows nothing of that the guy is talking about.
Just to be clear: it's a freshly installed Windows 10 x64 Pro, from less than 1 week, with all updates. And I tried with many versions of NV drivers, always using DDU to uninstall.
My antivirus is a LEGIT Malwarebytes Premium with live protection, but I also tried to uninstall it and reinstall whole NV drivers.

Personally, I think that GeForce Experience is bloatware and unneeded. I never install it. IMO....it's just a resource hog.

NOTE: Malwarebytes is not a AV.

I know Experience is not so useful, but now is just that I want it to work properly, or at least, know why it's not working.

Malwarebytes premium can be considered an AV, imho.
It's far more complete than free version

Malwarebytes is not a AV......the only difference from the free version and paid is the real time protection.

As to your problem; sounds like a server issue to me. Sort of like MS servers when everyone is trying to download the newest OS ISO.

Are you using DDU correctly? You have to use it in safe mode.

You don't need Geforce Experience for their opinion on optimisation. All it does is access the same features as the Graphics controls of the games it is compatible with.

"always using DDU to uninstall." not recommended at all. I'm in a minority on this point but then on the other hand don't get such problems.
When I used to have Geforce Experience installed it did go thru bad versions rather often. Try an older/newer version, not beta versions unless you want to be an unpaid bug detector.

Use SFC and DISM command line stuff on you Windows installation.
