I belong to a condo board. There are supposed to be two main group addresses: (example: board@mycondo.com and workorder@mycondo.com)
I am a member of the both lists, so I think I should get a copy of mail sent by any source to either address above. Is that right?
Who owns the address? In other words can only one person add or remove names from mycondo.com? Board members with varying computing skills have been creating their own variants like "president@mycondo.com". Do variants like this still travel to all the members of "mycondo.com"?
It's gotten to be kind of the wild west of list making. Is there a way to rationalize the construction of our list? To repeat my question from above: Who owns the list?
Thanks for helping with this.
