weird scaling problems in apps after MB update

so I recently updated my MB's Bios and now some programs are having some scaling issues they don't display properly like its 16bits instead of the reg 32bits or something like that, and it doesn't do it to all my programs, only programs like uTorrent or paint.net... they look horrible. .. btw this only happened AFTER I updated my bios and only my Bios... what the heck do you think it could be?

Here are my Specs to my Rig
    acer Nitro
    Windows 10 home
    Intel i7 8700 6 Core CPU
    GTX 1060 6GB GPU
    64GB DDR4 Ram
    Seagate 2TB HD

    - - - Updated - - -

I included a pic of what I'm talking about, see how many things look pixelated and not smooth? even the cross hairs is horrible, and hard to work in paint.net =… driving me bonkers

The bios would not affect the GPU or display.

Again, the motherboard bios has zero effect on programs or display.

See posts 1 & 2. There is nothing wrong with that screenshot.

Did your Display Settings change? (right click on Desktop, select Display Settings)

When you take a screenshot, it is not capturing what you see on the display, thus it does not show any issues. Your GPU/Display properties are at issue not the bios. The bios has zero control on how the GPU and display show an output. Check your cables and display properties. There are some GPU’s, etc that do utilize their own bios, but again would not be affected if you updated the motherboard bios.
