Have used print screen to capture a screenshot.
Where are the files please?

If you used Win+PrtSc and the screen dimmed briefly then files are saved in your Pictures\Screenshots folder.
If you used PrtSc on its own then no files are saved, the screen capture is in your clipboard and can be pasted into something like Paint if you want to save it as a file.

You can also open file explorer go to Quick Access on the left and the latest file should be shown there.
