Android emulator not on Windows Store as claimed?

I am considering trying AMIDuOS, a much recommended Android emulator developed by Megatrends. Several different sources claim that it is available from Windows Store, but it is not there on my Store. Why might this be? I know this can happen if an app is not available in my region (yet) --- I experienced this with trying to get supposedly available Cortana for Android a couple of years ago --- she is now busy working on my Android devices. However, one of my sources recommending it is in my country. I can very probably download it from a few links I have found online, but I do prefer to give our Store the opportunity to be tried first, plus I am wondering if there might be a reason why it is not there as claimed, which I should know about.

Perhaps the software no longer exists?
    - This review contains a link to its maker AMIDuOS lets you run Android apps on your Windows PC, now | PCWorld
    - The maker makes no mention of this software

Perhaps it exists but has been removed form the Store?
    - Removals take place all the time

Do a search and you will find out that it went bye bye by Megatrends.
