Long story short:
Messed windowsapps permissions. As i have backup of the entire drive as image, the image is vhdx, can i boot with something and restore the folder from my image?

I tried many things, its impossible to copy the folder without changing permissions, and once they have changed its broken forever, there is no real restore of permissons. Did a system restore instead. GJ MS.
Did you try using wbadmin command? System restore did the job, which is simpler.
Nope, it can't be done using wbadmin as this tool cannot extract folder from system image backup as far as i know. And it must be not only extracted but replaced with the original without changing any permission, seems impossible as there is no tool available for that.
