    Software will Not install ?

I have a very strange problem . I come to wintenforums because of the track record it has of resolving my issues. Great community here.

    reWASD will not install .

I do Not know what events lead to this, but I've been trying for the better part of the week to resolve this .

The app simply acts as a dud, it wont install no matter what version i download.

This is a app i paid for. And one I enjoy with my games.

But sometime ago, i noticed a error when trying to start it, i think for a update. but it will not complete.
I uninstall it, now it wont even install with a installer.

I checked so many things short of a windows re install.

Every other app installs. Help please ???

Forgive the obvious question- are you using the current version?
You've not given a link for the program. One I found:

    reWASD Download (2019 Latest) for Windows 10, 8, 7
    reWASD 5.1.0.1303 LATEST

    Hi dalchina

This is the official website for this app. Not that link you gave.

Link : Remap Xbox One controller with powerful gamepad mapper .

This is a problem unique i think to myself. but you can try . There is a trial .

    - I Can install any other app. It only happens with this one. I checked everything i can think of . When i press it, it dont generate anything in AppData either.

It was working before until their latest update.
I got some error when trying to update before with it ; cant view now, since i removed the app.

Now I have this odd issue where I can Not install Any version of it anymore .

I have no anti virus : I uninstalled ESET to test if that was causing it .

Some people have experienced problems with certain programs after a couple of the latest updates.. I have those installed, running build 18362.356.

Program installed normally, requested restart. I didn't configure any options.

Im novice at trouble shooting problems here.
When i press the installer , it just has a fast loading graphic that vanishes, and nothing happens.

You could try a clean boot and then install it, or boot to Safe Mode, enable installing in Safe Mode and then try installing it.
(Google will tell you how if unsure of those, or see the Tutorial section here).

That's relevant if there are conflicting programs.
You might try asking on the program's forum or its support as you have a license.
