sorry. that did not work in safe mode. I think what maybe happened, because im online with cell Data ; windows updates were corrupted or didn't complete. I think maybe this specific app is has some exact demand of the new updates and i was not able to update because of my limited data.
thats just my guess. if i get high speed internet this will correct itself.

okay thanks. This situation has left me realizing i got problems to deal with. I will attempt updates and download of this reWASD and the Tweaker app you suggested when I turn High Speed internet back on. I never should have relied on this cell data . thanks for your advice. I'll reply when i get high speed back. thanks again .
