that's almost the same thing --the point being is that I don't think the OP wanted to have to capture the screen as per snipping tool or whatever by running individual capture shots.

I think it's a question of interpreting "English" here -- as a sensible video capture would pause while no activity so essentially it's capturing your activity only -- for example if I typed half this post and then went away for 10 mins and then came back it would show me typing continuously without the break.

The point being that it's really a Session (however you define what that is ) is what I think the OP wanted rather than having to initiate loads of individual screen captures manually.
