Is v 140 a beta or pre-release? Looks like a pre-release. Are the pre-releases stable? Any news to when official installation files will be released? It has been several months since the last official release.

Since the official updates are very slow and we got the new build of Windows 10 1903, I had .128 installed for long with 0 issues so I didn't hesitate one bit to install the .140 as it came after weeks of .138 being out.

Don't worry, install it, stable as a rock.

I just installed it over 138 and it works fine.

Great. Ghacks reviewed OpenShell and the author notes the inability to change the taskbar design nor disable breadcrumbs in File Explorer. Can anyone confirm please?

    Maybe I'm missing something...

What's wrong with Classic Shell? Also stable, proven and I use it.

I've been using Classic Shell on different PCs for eons. Never a problem.

Is Classic Shell more stable than Open Shell? What does Open Shell do that Classic Shell does not, other than having more recent updates?
