Lenovo has its own utility for drivers update. But start with settings in Intel drivers - like you saw on the other thread here you posted

i don't have my Intel system here at the time. Can't recollect settings from memory..
Just to confirm - are you suggesting I uninstall the the Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 driver I have under Display Adapters within my Device Manager and install this one? Intel HD Graphics Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) - ThinkPad X1 Carbon 6th Gen (Type 20KH, 20KG) - US

    I would try this, yes.

    Should do backup first

*Sigh* I tried to install that driver and after I uninstalled the other driver my Display Adapters folder within Device Manager disappeared. Additionally, once I finish the installation of that driver it says "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this software." This is pretty frustrating - any advice?

Also - only one of my monitors works now.

EDIT: After a few minutes - even though that error message didn't change - my Device Manager updated and it shows Display Adapters as well as the Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 where it was before (says it's "working properly"). Unfortunately, snipping tool is still producing an error.

Strange. This is original Lenovo driver. Readme file only mention to be logged on as admin.

Try updating over existing MS driver.

If you adjust brightness and contrast in driver's settings.. is there any effect?

I had the same issue and just registered to post how I fixed it.

Go to "lenovo Vantage" on the opening page there is an icon for "eye care". Turn it off and everything works again! No more pink screen shots after changing so many settings trying to fix it!!

hi, thanks a lot. Yes "eye care" was turned on, I turned it off. But it did not help. Rebooted, still the same pink-orangish is added to the whole screen when I start snipping tool ...

here yo can see how it adds more and more tint for every snippet ...

    Hi,
Try print screen key on your keyboard
Open Paint and hit the paste button
Does it still come up with the issue ?

I tried removing "dark" settings. All night light settings. re-setting intel drivers and updating windows. Nothing worked until I turned off that eye care. It was exactly like yours. Have you restarted? I must have updated and restarted about 20 times today! Anyway mine works now and unfortunately I am not techy enough to help you further. Good luck :)

thanks! yes, I tried restart. Seems it does not happen with alt-print-screen, but then I need to cut out from that whole screen.

--- there are sooo many different settings...

I found a solution now. I went to lenovo vantage --> device settings --> color temp in Eye Care mode. I set that to max cold, and I keep eye care on ! .... so now it is OK. .... I have wasted some hours on this annoying thing. Thanks for trying to help.
