Hi, I'm wondering if someone could help me? I've downloaded Skype onto my computer running Windows 10 and for some reason, It's not opening the app after I have signed in It seems to be stuck on the loading screen. I have tried the web version as well and that's the same.
I suggest uninstall and reinstall.
I have found all Office 365 apps to be top class, with the big exception of Skype which is a periodic PitA.
Uninstall and reinstall the Skype is a good workaround, but before that you may need to check the App permissions granted.
If Skype has the necessary permissions granted you need to check whether any Firewall settings block the App from working.
You need to check both Windows 10 and the router firewall settings to ensure that 1000-10000/TCP ports are not blocked.
If nothing works, you need to reinstall Skype.
