What is: Embarcadero ? (AppAnalytics)

I noticed a registry entry named: embarcadero

Wonder what it is though.

It seems to track and measure how often apps are used, which platforms one is running and what features you are using, find and log crashes and more.



Can I delete that entry ?

Yes, it looks very much legitimate. I already figured out that it had/has to do with Delphi / RAD etc.
Also, the date-time stamp of the registry corresponds with the 'final reboot' of the nov.2018 (1809) Windows update.
I coincidentally have a screenshot of that. So probably it has been installed then(?)

The matter was that I was merely wondering what it is doing on my pc, i.e. initially I was a bit suspicious.
However, it either probably serves for 'reporting' whatever-stuff, or the registry-key isn't used at all.
