    Hi Florin -

Have you backed up all of your data?
Maybe it is time for a Fresh Start?

    Fresh Start Windows 10

    What do you think?

Believe me when I say that I already did this . Oh well, I will just have to live without Microsoft Store unless I do a full system wipe. It's only one app that doesn't work and it doesn't affect my system. Thanks for the help.

It almost sounds as if you have a "Ltsc" edition installed.
Does Ltsc or N show up in "Winver.exe"?

This is from winver.exe: Microsoft Windows, Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.239). The Windows Pro operating system and its user interface are protected by trademark and other pending or existing intellectual property rights in the United States and other countries/regions.

It doesn't say Ltsc or N.

I also uninstalled the Connect App that's always on the start menu and now it's stuck in start menu and now I regret my decision I want to reinstall it.

Sorry, Just throwing an idea out there.
You May have to go with a clean install, if reset didn't help.

    @Florin -

I would suggest the clean install (backup your files first) and then backup the initial image after all is created and working.
Wish that I could help you further on this.

    Regards!

It's okay. You tried. I'll figure something else out. I already contacted Microsoft from my country, maybe they can help, if not, I will do a full system wipe and reinstall everything from scratch. Sorry if I wasted everyone's time. Thanks and have a good day.

Microsoft won't help, lol. Do the wipe and install. If you need help from there you know how to find us. Good luck!

The SSD/HDD must be formatted and partitioned, so everything "is blown away."

    Clean Install Windows 10

What source are you using to reinstall? I wonder if that might be corrupted.

Please let me know if your PC is a home build, or OEM. Also what Windows type: i.e. Home, Pro, etc.

    Download Windows 10 ISO File

    Thanks. Hang tight.
