Missing window controls in my apps

Missing window controls in my apps-no_titlebar_stuff.jpg
For some reason, some of my apps' window controls are missing their buttons (e.g. close, minimize, settings, etc.).There was once a similar incident on the SevenForums where someone had problems with their window controls not showing up, but this affects the Store apps and the built-in Windows apps as well. Of course I can interact with the window normally, but it's gotten annoying already.

Already ran the sfc /scannow tool and it didn't find any problems...
Already did register the Store and apps. That didn't help. For some reason, it only affects just apps, and not windows for Explorer, Task Manager, MMC, etc.

If your in Tablet mode you have to mouse up to the very top of the screen for the controls to drop down.

This tower doesn't have a touchscreen, and the laptop which also runs Windows 10 also doesn't have one. If you haven't noticed, there's also no titlebar title. I can't even tell which app is open this way.

You don't have to have a touch screen to be in tablet mode. And I didn't see anything other than a little black box with a X in it in your first post. You didn't upload your image correctly.

Forgot to mention, on my laptop which had Windows 8.1 installed last before upgrading it, it's not doing the thing that my tower's doing. All of the controls and even the whole title bar is visible on there.

Did you look to see if tablet mode is enabled?

Reading the initial post, I also thought that Touch mode might be enabled (although it should not be)...

    Solved

Think this might be related to AMD Dual-Graphics and using the wrong combination of APU and graphics card. My games are so going to get nailed at this point.
