Classic Shell - Duplicate App Entries?

In one user account, Classic Shell has started showing two entries for the Photos App and Video Editor (see below). There is only one entry in the standard Windows 10 menu and both Classic Shell links open the same version of the app. I've reset and repaired the apps. I also noticed there are two versions of the Photos App - version 2019.19041.165100 is the one which is opened by the app. How do you delete the uneeded old app? Is there a fix for this strange behaviour which I've never seen in CS before?

You might want to just try an repair it by a reinstall. There was an update to the game bar this morning.

    Update
I have a second admin account which also had the dupicate entries. I unistalled the Photos app from that account using the Powershell command Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | Remove-AppxPackage

The dupicate entries have now gone from that admin account and the user account I originally mentioned. Very strange!
