    Alternative to EasyUEFI?

EasyUEFI used to be great (like EasyBCD) but unfortunately now it seems it has been taken over by Hasleo and the free version just stops working after some time.

I have obviously downloaded it from the wrong place but has anyone got a link the old free version which worked perfectly fine and had no trial time-limit?

Alternatively does anyone know how to delete EFI boot entries from Windows that doesn't cost $30?

Yup, it's crap...nothing like EasyBCD was - on my list to develop. Not quite a priority but when I have time.

    Try BOOTICE.

Hasleo just bought the IP - they obviously didn't write it - and you can't blame the guy for selling it - but $30 to delete a NVRAM entry? They must be mad. Who would pay that?

I'd rather learn how to type efibootmgr into a Linux bootable USB stick at $0.50 per character.

As for BOOTICE - is that a mbr thing or did I get it wrong? I'm talking about deleting entries from NVRAM.

Thanks. I just tried that link. You must be careful as it tries to ask you to install things you don't want but I'm reinstalling soon anyway.

In the end - nothing. Same thing as before.

Perhaps I will learn how to write a Windows program that deletes a NVRAM entry without adding spyware, analyzing the HTML5 fingerprint of your browser when you download it and so on. Can't be that hard surely.

Just search for it - there are several download sites, not sure which one I had used.

    I just tried
    Bootice - Download
and it seems to work, the download is apparently clean.
