    Cortana is misbehaving


    I have Windows 10 and have Cortana turned off as much as I can. (Every slider is in the off position.) However, when I turn up the volume on my bluetooth headphones which are paired to the computer, Cortana opens, turns off my music and says something like "I can learn to understand you much better if I can get familiar with the way you talk. I need your permission to help." I don't want Cortana to help. I have it turned off for a reason. How do I get this to stop?
