Stopping Google drive launching site at startup

My son sent me a link to photographs he had loaded on Google Drive - which I have never used myself. I found the photos OK and downloaded the ones I wanted and then deleted the page in my browser, DuckDuckGo.
Now, every time I start up the page is loaded again and needs to be deleted manually. I have looked at 'startup' settings but can find no reference to Google Drive. It seems that it may not the software itself that is loaded but just the link to the page with the photographs.
How can I stop this page loading at startup?
    Thanks; anyone?

    (I am using W10x64 Professional)

Did you actually download the photos or create a link to them if it's a link on desktop it will connect at start

    Thanks
No; I copied the photos (some were in a zip file) and then unzipped/stored locally.

Does it open in a browser or other?

I am not sure. The photographs appear as they did when I first used the link provided - which I assume is that of Google Drive. But the display page is certainly a tab on my duckduckgo browser.

    Thanks for your continued interest!

Any ideas anyone? No, it is not a 'do or die' issue but it is very annoying!

    Thanks.

I am bumping this thread in case someone new reads it and has any ideas.

The Google Drive tab with the photos appears at each boot in my duckduckgo browser. I have searched my PC and found many files relating to google (I use google earth and maps occasionally) but nothing appears to have any reference to google drive.

I have also looked at my browser settings and have not found anything that might help me stop the tab being displayed.

Has anyone any ideas, bright or otherwise, on how to stop this tab from displaying?

    Thanks.

Because Google Drive would be in the Run or RunOnce subsection in the registry for either HKLM or HKCU. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win...-registry-keys
