Windows 10 keeps blocking trusted program

I am trying to run a program which I trust (motherboard software from a reputable dealer) but Windows 10 Pro build 1809 keeps blocking the program (see picture). How can I get this to run?

I tried Disable SmartScreen and Enable App Side-loading. I'm on an administrator account and I've always disabled User Account Control.

Yes I did. I have an administrator account and also by right click > run as administrator.

Is there a trusted apps list or any settings I can turn off? Are you using build 1809?

Yes, I'm on 1809 and 1903 Skip ahead on other disk and Aura installs on both. I also have User account set to "Never notify".

I don't know what you mean by "Skip ahead on other disk" but Aura installs, it's running because I see the lights on the motherboard, but it's not letting me open the user interface to make changes.

according to the install instructions ....right click on aura.exe and choose properties,,,,move over to the compatibility tab
and choose run as administrator. choose apply then ok.
    try running it again.

A few things you could try:
Redownload (you may have a corrupted file) try another source
Clean boot. Reboot to hidden adminstrator mode and try again?
Go to safe mode (no internet) and try to install?
    turn off antivirus(s) before install.
I'm afraid that's the limit of my ideas.

"Skip ahead" is most advanced W10 insider (beta) version. Once you set lights in Aura, lights will still work same way, it doesn't need to be installed or working.
Which Asus MB do you have ?
