Nowhere to re-download my Adobe elements 2019 without buying it again.

I bought it last year. It crashed and I tried to download it again so I could re-enter my installation code. At that time it was possible to download a free triall and then pay to get the code but all that is foffered now is to re-buy it.

How can I download it withut buying it again so I can re-enter my code?

    Thanks.

If you can search/browse their site for your 'order history' there might be a download link there.
I purchased the elements apps a few weeks ago by downloading with the 'try before you buy' feature. It worked well and I was promptly supplied activation codes. After logging into my adobe account I was 'eventually' able to find my order history. It is still there with the option to reinstall the app. You do not have the option to download the full application though, just to reinstall from their site.Nowhere to re-download my Adobe elements 2019 without buying it again.-adobe-order.jpg

Says in the website it will recognizance your ID from your email address. That may take you an option to re-enter your serial# key, not sure. Have you tried it?

Thanks. I will try this tomorrow (Friday).

Also, I have re-installed Elements many times and now get every time an error message saying "Please uninstall and reinstall the product. If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe Tech. support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen."

    "Error 16".

I have uninstalled it and freshly reinstalled (as if I was a new customer, not through History) but get the same resut.

I will contact Adobe, but in the meantime, has anyone got this persistend error 16?

    Thanks.

Error code 16 is a general error code indicating a permissions issue. I.E. - not high enough authority to modify the folders during an install. Try right clicking the Installer File, and Run as Administrator.
