Last coouple weeks my Settings panel changes size. Not sure what is causing it. When I open it, it comes up Maximized. If I minimize it, it goes to about 1/3 size it "normally" is (see screenshot). If I resize it then reboot its OK and is the same size, but at some point something is changing its size. I'm on the latest 1809 Pro version.
Yesterday, when I accessed the Settings panel it came up maximized. I minimized and resized it to "normal" size again. This morning after a "cold" boot, its back to maximized. I don't see any setting for this???
Problem still happening. Surely there is a fix other than "reinstall Windows".
Have you tried to open and size to the correct size you want, close the window and then reopen?

Yes done that many times. The resize holds until rebooted.
Resolved by falling back to an earlier Macrium Reflect full drive disc image. I had to restore to an earlier disc image because of an Outlook problem that it changed my POP server by itself and wouldn't let me change it back to the correct pop-server for incoming mail. I had this problem before and had to restore to fix it.
Back to the Settings panel, restoring to the earlier version, where it apparently was correct, has fixed it.
