Easiest Remote Desktop apps for clients

Can anyone recommend a good remote control software to use for ease of use on the end user? I have several clients who are not tech savvy at all (a few are elderly) and I'd love to have a very simple solution for me to remote connect to them.

    Thanks!

    As mrgeek said Teamviewer.

Just as an example I installed this on my Mum's computer (81 years old) and about a year ago she called me up and said she could not log on to her computer, When she tried to type her password in nothing was happening typing letters did not work -- pressing enter did not work.

I logged in with Teamviewer (yes you can log in without the machine being logged in) and I had no problems, I checked in device manager and for some reason her USB ports were no longer working I just reinstalled the drivers and that was that done in about 5min's.

If I had to drive to her house to fix it I know it would of took longer because I would of had the same problem.

I used to use Teamviewer to help out half a dozen friends till they decided that I was using it commercially. Eventually I persuaded them I was not, but a few weeks later I was told my use was commercial. No way was I going to buy the programme at their epic price, so I changed to Cloudberry. Works well & is very similar to TV.

Yea. it's a really steep price at $50/month.. Cloudberry looks really good but I'm on a Mac for the most part, so I'd have to break out my crappy Lenovo Yoga to run it.

Thanks! Tried this today and it was very easy to walk the client thru installing it. And this is someone who, when I asked to open her web browser said "the thing where my gmail is?".. so yea, thank you!
