Restore Windows Photo Viewer not working anymore

So I just got a new Alienware Area-51m laptop which came preinstalled with the latest build of Windows 1809, I did the latest Windows update then started applying my tweaks, however, when I applied the restore Windows Photo Viewer for All Users tweak, I still couldn't find the Windows Photo Viewer in the default apps like I used to. Anyone experienced this lately?

As a test I copied the text from your post and saved it as a .reg file. I then used it to successfully restore Photo Viewer in a clean install of 1809.

Hmm. maybe it's this Dell image of Windows 10 that has something different. Weird.

Just tried the Restore Windows Photo Viewer CURRENT_USER.reg instead of the ALL_USER I was using before and that did the trick!
