    Adobe (Pdf) Reader

    Hello,
I think the following is not a windows 10 problem, but I will ask for help anyway. When I receive by mail any pdf document and open it just to read it, on closing the file I am asked if I want to save the changes..., but I did nothing to change anything.Searched the internet to find an answer for this annoying problem with "Adobe Reader". Did any changes in the preferences as described in some places but nothing helped.Does somebody on this forum have some idea how to make this annoying behavior stop. And the program keeps updating even I disable it in the "Task Manager Services"Answers will be appreciated.ThanksMotim

Reformatted into something more readily legible:

Some PDFs have fillable fields, but it could be another reason. Did you try any other PDF reader? I am not a great fan of Adobe's PDF reader.
    Foxit Reader is okay.
PDF X-Change Viewer is my favourite although discontinued.

Updates? Could be an option within the program, and there could be a scheduled task it created to check for updates.

    This may be applicable:
