TwinUI pdf reading, pause and resume how to?

When I write complicate and intense letters my last editing step is creating a pdf then having TwinUI read it to me.

When it hits a spot that I want to rewrite I have to stop the app.

Regrettably I have not been able to figure out a way to pause it then restart the reading from there.

Anybody have any tips? Alternates?

Comment: I find this technique extremely helpful for critical writing. It is like having a professional editor sitting at my feet. It brings out typos that escape my paper-readings. The old noggin works very differently in listening to my compositions. This makes for very solid professional work without the expense of a commercial editor.

I am now recalling a Low Vision open source reader. I will have do some digging to find the name. When I do I will add to this post.

What I was thinking of was a screen reader.
Any thoughts how this would do with pdf? Or would it be limited to HTML?

Yes there is ton of technology out there for visually impaired folks.

Funny thing is most can not grasp the concept that technology can make the largest share competitive in virtually every task.

I am now recalling that I liked this open source reader because it was the only one I could find with x-platform functionality. That was a year ago when I tried to organize a local support group and was developing resources for all the major platforms. The selections narrows when one adds Linux. My thinking was that older Linux boxes with open source tools like this one would be even low-budget friendly.
