    Karen's Replicator Error message!

I have been using Karen's Replicator for many years and have had no problems until the last Windows update.
When I replace a file because of renaming or a later update, I am getting errors that state "Could Not Delete File" with "Error 5 - Access is denied".

I can go into the folder and delete the file but when I try replace the file with the new version I get the same error notice.
I have gone in the Security tab on both the folder and file to take ownership but nothing changes.

I have over 130,000 Old Time Radio Files that always need replacement and this problem is taking to long to correct.

    Any Help, Please!
    Thanks

Try running it as an Administrator.

Josey Wales - Thanks for the quick reply!

I am the only user and and am Administrator.

There is no way to start Karen's by using any context menu item. Only way to start the program buttons labeled - "Run Highlighted Jobs Now" OR "Run All Enabled Jobs Now".

Just Take ownership of the folder it is in.

Porthos - Thanks for your reply and suggestion.

I turned "Controlled Folder Access" on but I still have the problem.

I tried "Take Ownership" again. The first time I ran it I got "You have full access to items
". This time I get "Some or all identity references could not be translated".
Not sure if this a problem or not.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks again.

Update - I was in Safe Mode on another matter and decided to try Karen's Rep while there. IT WORKED!!!!!

However when I got back to "normal" the same problem was there. I think that I'll try to use DISM to see I can correct the problem.
