    1. I keep getting a "A referral was sent by the server" error msg when trying to run anything
    2. I cant perform many basic tasks because of some unknown "policy" or "admin"
    3. I found that there is a group policy running on my pc but when I run gpedit, it doesn't exist. Neither does Admin Templates...
    4. Many other things like this...I'm almost 99.999% sure that someone in my home has deployed some sort of "enterprise" monitoring system, spyware, or something similar. I strongly believe this because of a few factors:
The person is constantly dropping hints for AWHILE now that I'm being monitored. (nonchalantly bringing up things that I have been searching when he gets home from work..etc..) And all of the weird issues with my pc started about the same time the person started acting strange and implying the surveillance.
    5. My monthly data usage MYSTERIOUSLY has went from average~20gb/month to an average of 175gb-225gb PER MONTH. What the f-? Right? And data being bumped up in usage like that is one of the first things I read as a sign of spyware in every article online, damn near.

So, seriously, I have been trying to deal with this for too effing long, and I am well past the point of needing help....

Please, and thank you so much! <3

I would suggest a clean install wipe the drive and start clean. Malwarebytes and Norton both are showing errors which may suggest they have been compromised you have dns errors and activation problems if you data use has gone up rest your router and set new password
