The issue is with windows, but not with OS Windows.
I have Windows 10 Pro, RocketDock, Rainmeter and Classic Shell.
And i have this problem.
As you can see, these windows remained on desktop without their outlines, however I minimized them.
This things only happen when I minimize a window, and the background is desktop.
What the hell is happening? Please help.

I would use a clean boot to determine which of your software packages is at fault. Not a clean install, a clean boot.

You might even consider removing your video drivers with a tool like DDU

and then reapply the drivers.
If you are not already using a tool like Macrium Reflect to take images of your system I would start. Then you can restore to a working point. Might even do this before making any additional changes.
