My sticky notes doesn't display the html rich text editor
I could use keyboard shortcuts, but it's not convenient, why is the rich text toolbar absent, any idea?
Running win10 pro 64 bit

Use the Store, look at downloads e.g.
Are you saying you now see what you want and it's working ok?
And are you referring to the built-in MS-provided default Sticky Notes app?

That's an old build of Windows. Do you have updates disabled?
And again, what is the version of your sticky notes?

Sticky notes: 2.1.18.0
I have updates turned off because they hogg 20 Gigs at least on my C:drive, and space is limited on my SSD

Suggest that explains why your old version isn't the same as mine. How big is your SSD? I have about 120GB of my 256Gb SSD allocated to C: and have upgraded continuously from 1511, lots more programs installed than most people, but no games.
My personal data is almost all on another disk in the laptop.
