Unable to run BIONIC distributed computing utility

I have never been able to run the Bionic distributed computing utility on this PC. As soon as the utility starts up shortly there after the computer freezes needing a reboot to clear it. This is very exasperating as I have done distributed computing since 2007. I know the Utility is outside the scope of this forum but I need to get to the error bucket to see if I can find out what is going on before I give up on distributed computing after all of these years. I have forgotten how to enable and view the error bucket a pointer to refresh my memory is needed. Perhaps the Windows Sensei's here can look at what is there to advice me. My Computer profile is up to date. The Seti@home project's screen saver is so cool I miss it.

Is anything being being reported in Reliability History?

When you have the BIONIC window open click on View, then Advance View, then click on Advance tab, at bottom Event log.

There are numerous txt files within c:\programdata\bionic which look like error logs.

I tried to look up the event viewer but I could not keep Bionic running long enough to find the tab much less open it. Gone permanently.
