Here's the cloud link to the .dmp file:

    ResourceTimeout-20190208-0822.zip - Google Drive

Diagnostics would not run without Support Assist installed. I will boot into safe mode now and try to run it again.

Dell Support Assist wouldn't run in safe mode after reinstalling it in normal mode. I also tried installing it in safe mode but it would not install.

See if you can uninstall Dell support assistant.

Then place the computer in clean boot.

    Then reinstall Dell support assistant.

And see if you are able to run the Dell hardware full test.

If you are unable to run the Dell hardware test then plan to perform a clean install using a new Windows 10 iso:
Download Windows 10 ISO File | Tutorials
    Download Windows 10
Clean Install Windows 10 | Tutorials

Perform no updates during the clean install and save them to later.

After the clean install open the Dell website > download and install the Dell support assistant > run the Dell full hardware test

Perform driver and BIOS updates as per the Dell support assistant.

I did this procedure. In post 10 you asked me to uninstall support assist (I did not need to use Revo), then try running the test in normal mode and safe mode. The test would not run in either instance, so I tried installing Support assist in safe mode and it would not install. The installer opened, but it was stuck on the initial page.

    Was that .dmp information inconclusive?

Thank you for those W10 links, that is where I got my current copy. I created an installation media on a USB stick and chose the Pro version when I installed.

Just a shot in the dark here......Is it possible the sound could have found its way into my SSD logical drive and it's playing from there? I've never had a machine with a SSD logical drive before so I don't know much about their functionality. I know it's there to boost performance. I think it works similar to Linux, where it utilizes the hard drive space to perform memory tasks, so the physical memory doesn't work as hard and everything can run smoother and faster. That's the extent of my knowledge on those. So I don't know if the scenario I presented is even a possibility.

When I do the clean install I will put all of my data on one of the drives and remove it from the machine, then wipe the entire remaining drive, and set up the W10 partition with their partition tool. Can I format the logical drive also?

    Thank you.

When performing a clean install you have the option to use UEFI/GPT instead of BIOS/MBR.
MBR was limited to four primary partitions and to allow more partitions logical and extended were used.
In contrast GPT allows unlimited partitions, is benchmark faster, and has additional security features.

The computer can be booted using UEFI or legacy.
Booting UEFI should allow the creation of GPT partition style.
All partitions on the drive will be deleted making an unallocated drive.
