    W10 App Live Tiles

Hi. Did a clean install a week ago. All the live tiles work except the ones I like, MS weather and MS mail. Weather weirdly gives me live tile info for Washington DC even though I have updated my location and when I open weather it uses the correct location.

I uninstalled and installed the app back with same results. Not a huge deal but those two are nice. Any ideas I'd appreciate or maybe I should just wait for them to "take" and eventually work.

The Weather app was updated to 4.28.3242.0 in December. This version appears to have a number of bugs, your weird location bug being one of them. For more details, see this thread...

The last post in that thread has the same 'stuck' tile location problem as you (and I) have.

We can only keep reporting it in the Feedback Hub and wait for MS to issue a new update

Thanks for the info Bree. Glad it isn't an isolated problem. That's exactly what I was about to do with feedback hub. Was going to try clearing live tile cache per Brink's instruction but I don't think that's it.

I'm still hoping for changelogs when W10 apps are updated, either by MS or third-parties like Spotify. The big companies don't let us know what changed but little guys like mp3tag keep logs.
