    Export Documents

We have been using software by UNZ&co for our export shipping documents. This company has since went out of business and therefore causing us to shop around for new software. Does anyone know of any good software to use, or perhaps have a solution in terms of creating our own app that makes it fast and easy for our users to input date and create the 4 or 5 required shipping documents to cross the border? The software we used was simple but very good. I have looked at others and they just aren't user friendly.

Ideally what we use, the user can go in and change dates, PO's, and product of a shipment on a previous order but not have to input all the other data about the customer if it's the same information.

You need to edit your title. You are talking about Customs forms. How are you shipping items? LTL, UPS, Fedex, USPS, Overseas by container? Anything you use will have to be a standard form that the users can just use with very little input from management.

Plenty of options out there. Shipping Solutions is one company, Use those forms you already are as scanned in fillable PDF's and standardized by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol.

I do have a demo scheduled with shipping solutions. And you are correct, customs forms. I was worried that title might mislead people to see Custom Forms. But anyway, the shipments usually go by outside carrier via bulk trucks and van trailers. I have taken our previous form and turned it into a fillable pdf where I used java to essentially fill its self out after a few area's are filled by drop down menus. My main concern is, do these forms change much over time? I am not too familiar with this other than I know that the software we had before would update the forms as needed and it wasn't a concern.

    Thanks for your reply.
