    Cortana is missing

I don't have the icon for Cortana
When I right click on the task bar I do not see the option for Cortana so I am unable to turn the icon on
    Searching settings doesn't help
How do I turn Cortana on?
    I am using 1903 18323.1

Group policy setting for Allow Cortana is set to Not Configured which I believe is correct
However, the reg setting for ShowCortanaButton was missing so added and set to 1 but no dice

Do you remember doing anything to disable Cortana or Search?

    Normal search is fine
I can't recall when I last used it but had assumed that I had simply 'turned it off' somehow but I couldn't find how turn it on it again!

In that case, you might see if using the method in the tutorial below to reinstall and re-register Cortana may help.

Running option 2 fails twice as Cortana is running, see below

Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073D02, The package could not be installed because resources it modifies are currently in use. error 0x80073D02: Unable to install because the following apps need to be closed Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_1.12.1.18323_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy.

I tried to end the task but it just re-spawns again
Odd that it's apparently running (sorry I forgot to mention this point)
However, I don't seem to be able to access it as it were
I must be missing something lol

Odd. I'd recommend a repair install, but it may be best to wait to see if the next build update may sort it for you instead since we should get a new one sometime this week.

I also have no Cortana taskbar option. I registered Cortana for all users as above but still no icon or response to Hey Cortana.
