MS Sticky Notes' shortcut, and system tray icon installation?

Downloaded the Sticky Notes App from the MS store, installed it, and it's not the traditional .exe app, but something new. Found instructions to create a shortcut through Windows Explorer, but because of this it slows the activation. Also, I would prefer it to be in the system tray. Is this possible?

You could use TrayIt to minimize the app to the System Tray...
(Bear in mind, with TrayIt, the app is no longer suspended in the background, it's running, just hidden)

Edwin, thanks for the info, but I can't make it work. I can "hide" it from the TrayIt window's context menu, and it places the note in the system tray. But, when I maximize the note, there is no 'minimize' or 'hide' on the context menu or on the note (there is no context menu in the notes. Can you please help how to do this if you have the time? BTW, it is set to start with window. and the 'TrayIt 'app itself is in the system tray.

Double click on the Sticky Notes Tray icon to minimize and maximize.
