How to reinstall windows shopping app

I uninstalled the shopping app, and now in MS store after clicking checkout, nothing happens, how do I reinstall deleted Windows apps?

To my knowledge, there is no such app called shopping app. Not from Microsoft Store, not from Windows Store.
I bought a few items from Microsoft Store, and many, many items from Windows Store. All I had to do is to click Buy or click Add to Cart. Then when done, click Check out. Then it will lead me to the process of paying for the item(s).

So, please kindly elaborate about that "shopping app".
